Saw this a few days ago, thought it was average... Hayden Christensen simply isn't that good an actor in my opinion.

I was really dissapointed by this movie. I had much issues with the whole movie, such as the narration style (really boring, a start from the beginning), the whole use of childhood romance, and some characters had no contribution to the movie and were just there until they were killed. I'm not saying it's a bad movie, but it's not a good movie, and the ending of the movie was quite unsatisfactory. I give kudos to the special effects team, the stunt people, and the people responsible for the sounds and music, which was very cool when there were flying cars headed at sno-cone. The whole storyline is a drag, but at least in the stunt and fighting scenes is entertaining.

it would have been better if they teleport and save people and do heroic things and then are hunted like spiderman then the world would be after the paladins. Might see it for the spec effects

Do they address what would happen if you teleported where someone else was already standing? would the person standing there get 'gibbed' a la Quake? or would they fuse together like a mutant? I'm guessing this is the kind of film you have to shut your brain off to enjoy..

I'm surprised any minorities made it into this movie. Maybe next time one of us will be cast in the lead. I'll cross my fingers.

I was suprised to find out that my brother's friend was an extra in this movie. He said that Jackson showed up, did his lines, and left. Hayden showed up and took forever to do his acting. I don't know if it was because the filming took place in Canada (where Hayden was born) and he felt nervous infront of his fellow Canadians or what.

Ok, how come I'm the only one thinking I'd teleport into Jessica Alba's dressing room?! Although I LMAO at Cohost's idea. Hmmm, maybe if I got out more instead of watching all these movies...hmmm.

I sure as hell hope theres a sequel, theres a lot of unsapped material here. I'd have Roland get rescued from the desert(He could have had a GPS on him in case something like that happened, his character was always prepared and hunts teloporters) and come back for revenge. You could then have your main character join a Jumper resistance group and go into the next, bigger stage of Jumpers vs Paladins, where as this one was fairly small scale.

i got 3 complaints about this movie 1.imsurprised nobody sed anything about the dialogue yet this movie had terrible dialogue well actually there wasnt rly any dialogue haydens character would be talkin to the girl sayin somethin she thought was clever and she say "ur good at this" he says" good at wat?" then she just looked at him and they cut to another scene. huh? am i missin somethin! 2. and wat about that unnecessary love scene! i went to see this with my mom! and that moment was very awkward! he met her all of 2 days ago and he takes her to rome and fucks her! WHAT THAT HELL! 3. i couldnt understand a damn thing jamie bell was sayin he layed on the accent a little too thick but other than that it was rly cool and a good movie

(100%)I was saddened to find Samuel NOT have a cheesy line like, "I'm tired of these motherfuckin Jumpers in this motherfuckin desert!" This movie was great. It was very interesting, entertaining, there really was no weak points to this movie, simply because this is something that hasn't been done before. I can't say I've ever seen a teleport type movie before, except for 1 guy in Xmen 2. And they aren't overpowered either, because the "Paladins" have very useful/deadly technology to track, trap, and kill the "Jumpers", like, obviously, the ability to stop them from doing it, and track their destination if they did manage to do it. So theres still risk and you aren't unstoppable as one. Samuels character is a guy that absolutely HATES Jumpers, he kills any and all of them without the slightest bit of mercy. This character, Samuels character, is so badass and cool while being evil, you find yourself liking him more then the main guy. Paladins are not your friend, if your a Jumper, regardless of having even done anything wrong, they will kill you. If they can't, they'll hostage or kill your family instead until they can get you. So its very interesting to see how something that makes you feel unstoppable and completely free at first, brings you all this trouble in the end. I don't see how anyone could not like this movie.

You know ever since i saw the trailer like a while ago in theaters I wanted to see this ... I kinda got a lil to hiped up I guess. I mean its not like its a bad movie but there could of been more to it. By the end of the movie I was still craving for more! The climax just wasn't enough for me to be satisfied. Maybe they just did that because they want to make a sequel or something?

This movie does look pretty impressive. Those Jumpers don't really look as badass as Nightcrawler, but they do show how incredibly awesome it is to have the ability of instant teleportation. If I were the protagonist of Jumper, I wouldn't trust that other jumper. That guy might be the real bad guy to deal with, not Samuel L. Jackson's character. I really hope it'll be jumper vs. jumper!
