A man on his way to a romantic dinner is run over by a mad scientist, only to be revived by the evil genius as a powerful zombie with superhuman powers. When Mike fails to show up for his date with the beautiful Nina as promised, the enraged woman assumes she has been stood up. Little does Nina realize, the malevolent Dr. Faust has murdered her faithful boyfriend and taken his body back to the lab for a decidedly sordid experiment. Now, after being miraculously brought back from the dead, Mike enlists the aid of a mysterious bum in mastering his strange new powers, winning back his embittered girlfriend, and waging undead war against the tireless forces of evil.
