Alphonzo "Phonz" Terrell is the Co-Founder and CEO of SPILL. Previously, Phonz led award-winning social marketing & content teams at Twitter, HBO, Showtime and Sony Music. A sought-after speaker and techno-cultural evangelist, Phonz has been a guest on Good Morning America, Roland Martin and Cheddar News, a featured speaker at the SXSW, AfroTech and Adweek conferences and a guest on podcasts such Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, Wall St. Journal's Tech News Briefing, and NPR's Morning Edition. In 2023, Phonz was named to CNN Business's "2023 Risk Takers" list alongside Sam Altman, Tim Cook, Telfar Clemons and Lina Khan.

Kenya Parham is responsible for leading all growth, revenue, and user lifecycle initiatives at SPILL.

Prior to SPILL, Kenya was a 2x founder who advised dozens of political candidates and causes, major entertainment studios (MACRO, Discovery+, Lionsgate, Warner Brothers, Amazon Prime Video) and causes on high-impact, inclusive campaigns that redefined audience engagement and outcomes.

Johnny Austin

Johnny Austin is the Chief Technical Officer at SPILL. Johnny is an engineering and product leader with 20 years of technology leadership experience. As CTO at Till, he scaled the platform from 250K to 7M+ units and led the company through acquisition by Best Egg, maintaining 97% team retention. At Best Egg, he led product management and engineering teams serving over 1 million customers, with his teams generating $19.2M in revenue in 2024 while managing a $20M budget and 200-person organization. He previously served as Director of Engineering at Mapbox and is an international speaker and technology thought leader.
